Questions

The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants use outside tools. The AIClips MCP server gives your assistant AIClips' generation tools, working on your own account.

Claude (web, desktop, mobile and Claude Code), ChatGPT in developer mode, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Gemini CLI and any client that speaks MCP over Streamable HTTP. ChatGPT connects with Connect sign-in only; it doesn't take API keys.

Connecting costs nothing. Relax jobs cost 0 credits on paid plans and count against your daily Relax allowance. Credits jobs are charged from your AIClips wallet. Your assistant can check the exact cost before it runs anything.

Every credits request carries a ceiling the assistant has to state, and each key has a daily cap (1,000 credits by default). You can also make a key without the credits permission, or switch credits off for a connected app.

Yes. Your assistant can import a file from a public link, or give you a one-time upload link to drop it in. Images up to 10 MB, MP4 up to 100 MB and 60 s, MP3 or WAV up to 30 MB.

It makes the pieces: images, clips, voiceovers, music, captions. Joining clips and laying audio under a video happen in an editor.

Results come back as links on media.aiclips.net. Anyone with a link can open it, so share links with care.

Open Settings → MCP. Revoke a key or press Disconnect next to a connected app, and it stops working at once.
