How does the credits slider work?

Every plan includes Relax Mode plus monthly credits for premium models. Slide on a plan to pick how many credits you get each month: your Relax allowance stays the same, only the credits and the price change. You can switch to another amount later.

What is Relax Mode? And Basic Relax?

Relax Mode runs supported image and video models at zero credit cost, on a slower shared queue. Plans get up to 100 images and 30 videos per day. Basic Relax (the free trial) gives 10 images and 2 videos a day on a smaller set. Quotas reset every midnight IST. Relax models can change, be added or removed at any time based on availability. At busy times Relax can be slower or briefly unavailable.

How does the free trial work?

New accounts get 7 days free, no card needed: Basic Relax (10 images + 2 videos a day) and 100 credits for Relax models. When it ends, it simply stops and nothing is charged. Pick a plan anytime to keep going.

How does the first-month offer work?

Accepted Answer

When an offer is running, the price on each card is what you pay for your first month. From the second month the plan renews at its regular price, shown right under it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. One click in Workspace → My Subscription stops auto-renew, and you keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.

Credit packs or a plan?

Accepted Answer

Packs are one-time top-ups from ₹495, no subscription (pack credits are valid for 30 days). Plans renew monthly and include Relax Mode. Offers and coupons apply to plans only, never to packs.

Question 7

Do prices include GST? Can I pay in USD?

Accepted Answer

In India prices are in ₹ and exclude 18% GST. Add your GSTIN at checkout for a GST invoice. Outside India you pay in USD, with no GST.

Is there a fair use policy?

Yes. Plans and credits are for your own use. Reselling them, sharing your login or access with others, and automated or excessive use beyond normal creative work aren't allowed. If we detect abuse we may limit, suspend or close the account. Accounts that create sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or that receive copyright or legal notices, can be closed without notice and without a refund. Full details are in our Terms.

Why did a generation fail or get blocked?

Accepted Answer

Each AI model runs its provider's own safety filters, so prompts or images with sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, real people or protected brands can be refused and end in an error. When a generation fails, its credits (or its Relax use) are returned automatically. AI results vary from run to run: we can't guarantee how an output looks, and completed generations aren't refunded because you don't like the result.

What happens to my credits when I upgrade?

Accepted Answer

Your new plan or credit amount starts right away with its full monthly credits. Plan credits left from the old plan don't carry over; credits from packs are not touched.
