Invoice & Billing History

AIClips provides a clear record of all your purchases and subscription payments. You can view invoices, track transactions, and download payment receipts directly from your dashboard.

1. Where to Find Your Billing History

To access your past orders and payments:

Log in to your AIClips account

Go to the Workspace Dashboard

Click on Transactions in the left sidebar

You will see a list of all paid transactions, including:

Purchases of individual assets

Subscription payments

Credit pack purchases

2. Information Shown in the Transaction List

Each transaction includes:

Transaction ID

Type (Purchase / Subscription)

Subtotal

Tax (if applicable)

Fees

Total Amount Paid

Payment Status

Date and Time

Actions (View / Invoice Download)

You can use the search bar, type filter, or status filter to quickly find specific transactions.

3. Viewing and Downloading Invoices

To open an invoice:

Click on a Transaction ID (e.g., #1301 or #1267)

Or select the invoice icon in the Actions column

The invoice page will show:

Invoice number

Billing details (Name, Address, Email)

Item(s) purchased

License type

Quantity and total cost

Support or addons (if any)

Payment status (e.g., Paid)

Payment method (Razorpay/Stripe)

You can also download or print the invoice using the Print button.

4. Billing Currency and Payment Method

Invoices reflect the currency and payment method used at checkout:

INR (Razorpay users in India)

USD or other international currency (via Stripe)

A note is shown at the bottom of each invoice indicating which gateway processed the payment.

5. Missing or Incorrect Billing Details

If your invoice information is incorrect or you need a correction (for GST, company name, etc.):

Open a support ticket with invoice number and required updates

Attach the correct billing details if needed

6. Failed or Pending Transactions

Only completed and paid invoices appear in the billing history. If your payment failed or was not completed, it will not show here.
