AIClips supports secure and region-appropriate payment options for purchasing assets and subscribing to premium plans. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways to ensure user safety.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Depending on your location, the following payment options are available:

For Indian Users (Razorpay):

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

Net Banking (All major banks)

Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge)

For International Users (Stripe):

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

International payment cards and banking options

During checkout, you can select the gateway appropriate for your region before completing your purchase.

2. Subscription Payments

If you subscribe to a premium plan:

The selected payment method is securely saved by the payment provider.

Recurring billing may apply based on your plan (monthly/yearly).

You can update or change your payment method through your account or during renewal.

3. Secure Transactions

AIClips does not store or handle your full payment details directly. Instead:

All payments are processed through Razorpay (India) and Stripe (International).

Both gateways use SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

Sensitive information such as card numbers and bank details are not stored on AIClips servers.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal and billing information is protected under the platform’s Privacy Policy. Key security practices include:

Encrypted communication during checkout

Secure handling of account data

No sharing of payment details with third parties

Compliance with relevant regional regulations

5. Billing Errors or Payment Failure

If a payment does not go through:

Recheck your card details, UPI ID, or balance

Verify your internet connection

Try another supported payment method

Retry the transaction after a few minutes

If the issue persists, contact support with:

Screenshot of the error (if possible)

Payment method used

Date and amount attempted

6. Invoice & Confirmation

After a successful transaction:

A receipt or invoice is generated

You receive a confirmation email

The purchased asset or plan is instantly activated
