Refunds & Cancellation Policy

AIClips offers a limited refund window under specific conditions. Since subscriptions and credits provide instant access to downloadable assets and tools, refunds are only granted when no usage has occurred.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if all of the following apply:

The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

No credits have been used from the plan or credit pack.

No premium downloads or paid assets have been accessed.

If even 1 credit has been used, the subscription, credit pack, or purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided in the following scenarios:

You have used any credits, even a single one.

You have downloaded a premium asset included in your plan.

You purchased individual items and downloaded them.

You changed your mind after accessing the content.

Your subscription has already expired.

You purchased the wrong plan but began using credits.

3. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

If you meet the eligibility criteria:

Submit a support request or ticket within 7 days of purchase.

Include:

Your email or username

Transaction ID or invoice number

Reason for refund

Your account will be reviewed to confirm that no credits or downloads were used.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Refund approvals are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
Refund transfers depend on the bank or payment gateway and may take additional processing time.

5. Subscription Cancellations

AIClips plans do not auto-renew, so no cancellation is required.

After your subscription period ends, access simply expires.

You can purchase a new plan anytime if needed.

6. Disputes or Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered for unused plans. Exceptions are not granted for:

Lack of interest after activation

Unintentional purchase after usage

Forgetting to use the subscription

Device or software compatibility issues unrelated to AIClips
