If you encounter technical issues, broken features, missing files, or any unexpected errors on AIClips, you can report them for quick assistance. Providing the right details helps the support team resolve the issue faster.
1. Common Issues You Can Report
You should report problems such as:
Broken downloads or corrupt files
Missing previews or playback errors
Incorrect licensing display
Dashboard or login glitches
Subscription or credit-related errors
Payment failures after deduction
File format not matching description
Slow loading, UI bugs, or missing elements
Asset pages showing "Not Found" or expired links
2. Where to Report Issues
You can report bugs or errors using any of the following:
Option A: Support / Ticket System (Recommended)
Go to your Dashboard → Tickets and create a new support request.
Option B: Contact Page
Use the contact form on the AIClips website to submit your issue.
Option C: Email Support (if available)
Send an email with issue details to the support address listed on the website.
3. Information to Include
Provide as much of the following as possible:
A short description of the issue
Asset name or URL (if related to a specific file)
Screenshot or screen recording of the problem
Error message (if shown)
Device (Mobile/Desktop)
Browser name and version
Operating System
Date and approximate time of the issue
Transaction ID (only if related to payment/download)
The more details you share, the faster the issue can be reviewed and fixed.
4. Response Time
Support typically reviews tickets within 24–48 hours (business days).
Critical issues related to payments, downloads, or subscriptions may be handled sooner.
5. Temporary Workarounds
Before submitting a report, try:
Logging out and back in
Refreshing the page
Clearing browser cache
Switching to another browser or device
Re-downloading the asset
Checking your plan status or credits
If the issue continues, report it immediately.
6. Follow-up and Resolution
Once you report the issue:

7. Reporting Copyright Violations
If you see unauthorized or duplicated content:
