Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

To protect creators and ensure legal use of content, certain actions are strictly not allowed when using assets from AIClips. These rules apply to both free and premium downloads, regardless of license type.

1. No Resale or Redistribution

You are not allowed to:

Sell, share, or distribute the original file as-is

Upload assets to other marketplaces or stock websites

Transfer the asset to another person as a standalone file

Offer the files for free or paid download elsewhere

If an asset is part of a final project (e.g., video, ad, social post), it must not make the source file publicly accessible or extractable.

2. No Repackaging or Rebranding

Prohibited actions include:

Claiming ownership of the asset

Re-uploading under your name or brand

Using assets to create competing products or collections

3. No Use in Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Content

Assets must not be used in:

Pornographic, adult, or explicit material

Hate speech, defamation, or harassment

Political propaganda (unless clearly permitted)

Violence, self-harm, or illegal activities

Deepfakes or misleading identity content

4. No Use for Trademark or Logo Without Rights

You cannot:

Register any asset as a trademark or logo

Use it as your brand identity without permissions

Copyright or patent any downloaded content

5. No AI Model Training or Extraction

You are not allowed to:

Use AIClips assets to train any AI model

Extract elements to build generative AI tools

Scrape or automate downloads for dataset creation

6. No Resale as Templates or Editable Files

Unless you have special authorization:

Do not resell as PSD, AE, PNG, SVG, or editable formats

Do not convert and resell as new templates

Do not bundle assets in apps, plugins, or design packs

7. No Unlicensed Commercial Use

You must not:

Use assets commercially without the correct license

Monetize content under the Standard License

Use assets in paid ads, client work, or digital products without Extended rights

8. No Farmed, Shared, or Stolen Accounts

You cannot:

Share accounts with others to bypass licensing

Use group-bought login credentials

Circumvent subscription or download limits

Violation Consequences

Breaking any licensing rule may lead to:

Account suspension or permanent ban

License termination

Legal claims or copyright actions

Loss of download rights and refunds
